So the past couple days i have been working on some more misc SEO tricks. Ive started getting some articles written and submitted to a few article sites, and once i get those done ill post them here as a post. But they are just misc articles about keywords on the store site and stuff like that.

And yesyerday i made some temporary banners on the store site about diff products i sell. They arent the best banners in the world but they will do for now, until i get the professional flash one done by my buddy.

And today i have been working on more Twitter stuff, posts/followers/links etc.. Hoping all these diff things im doing will get more people to vist my store as well as buy something.

As of late its been really slow, well it has been slow all along since starting. My top seller is still the C.crane Pillow speaker, i have no idea why its so popular i get 4-8 orders a week of them and i got lke 15 this past weekend. its nuts.

But ive heard it takes 3-4 months for all the search engines/seo/etc to find the site and get it out there. So i just hope it works as ive put alot of work on it, and id like it to not fail.

should get more featured items out on here soon, once i find something to feature.

Well just thought id let you all know we had our first article written/quoted about us.

Its was about an Order Management software that we use to process all the orders at Littleaton.com.

This is what was said about us in the article:

BigCommerce customer and business owner Aaron Eaton of online electronics supplier littleaton.com has already begun incorporating the Stone Edge Order Manager into his management system: “I use Stone Edge for my BigCommerce store to sync up and pull my orders, and then send them out to suppliers,” said Eaton. ”I love it because it keeps orders and items organized, and keeps me on the right track to success. It’s amazing!”

Read more: BigCommerce Ecommerce Software Integrates With Stone Edge Order Manager

I was very excited to see we were included in the article. I was driving home from taking a treat to my wife at work, when i decided to check my Facebook news-feed, and saw BigCommerce’s Post about their press release they just posted about Stone Edge.

Just thought id keep you all updated.

Thank you BigCommerce!

Hey all,

Well we launched our new site about 3 weeks ago, been slow going but its going well. SEO is always a work in progress, as is getting people to your site with other advertising methods.

This next week we will be launching some new advertising campaigns, that should help bring in more people, and I’m hoping for some more orders.

I’m also working on some DYI SEO, i found this great site/service for a company here in Utah, that i have done business with in the past. So ive been working on that a few times a week, and will report back as soon as i start seeing some results. Ill let you all know what im using and how it can help your company grow on the interweb.

Lastly once we get going, we will start offering deals, coupons and also getting our newsletter rolling out. So that should help as well.

But thats all for this post, keep checking back and feel free to check out our weekly new products.

Wow its been a long time since my last post, so im posting today to make up for it.

The past couple weeks/months i have been continually working on my new ecommerce store site, and getting it all set to go live.

There has been many bumps in the road but i think I’m just about there. All i have left are finishing up my keywords/search terms for some products, finish setting up SSL, and getting prices all set for each product.

Then the next step ill be going throw and testing orders to make sure everything is set for that, once thats complete then ill turn everything on like my adwords campaings, and shopping engine accounts, and then let the orders come in.

Yesterday i setup the domain on all the search engines, and added the sitemap to all of them, so they can start digging their way through my site. Also added the google base xml file to my base account so i can be added into the froogle shopping engine.

Going out of town this weekend so i am working hard on getting this site all setup and launched so i can just work on orders from then on.

Feel free to visit the site and give me any feedback or comments on what you like, dont like, as well as what i could add/change to make things better.

So thats it for now, i shall keep everyone updated on our launch and once we get launched ill start posting deals/coupons, and more featured products.

Thanks

I’m going to move all my other domains over eventually as well but just wanted to move the blog over as a test to see if it was really any faster, and so far just loggin in to my blog and seeing how things work, its soo much faster!

I signed up for Simple Helix Web Hosting, they are double what i pay now for dreamhost but a billion times faster.

I think eventually ill sign up for their VPS services once i start making some money.

But that’s all for now, just enjoy the speed!

In the next couple months i’m going to be launching a new store, and i’m very excited for it.

Ive been working on it since the start of Feb, and its turning out pretty good so far. I’ve modeled it off the webstore with a lot of changes/upgrades.

Starting out it will have less products, but as i grow i will add more and more. The Shopping cart i will be using is called “BigCommerce“. It is very well put together and programmed for SEO.

Im still working on minor details like billing, and categorys but the new site is coming along.

Stay tuned for more info, its going to be awesome!

So the past couple weeks i have been working on some sort of automation for my products for amazon. It has been a long road and its finally getting there.

Im using a site called “Inventory Source”, they many options for automation. The one i wanted was of course Amazon Inventory Automation (qty/price updates).

Every morning their system updates my inventory on amazon with the instock quantity as well as any price changes that i make. They also offer the option of adding new items to amazon everytime my drop shipper adds new items to their inventory. But i have chosen to not use that function becasue of the way amazon’s item system works, they use upc/asin and match those up with your product. Problem is that many manufactors our there use dubplicate UPC’s and thefore if you get a item in your inventory that is the same upc as something else then you have a mess on your hands when a order comes through for it.

I’m still in the process of getting the actual updates to happen every morning, they seem to be a bit slow on their end, not sure if its low staff or they just have alot of clients. But im excited to get it up and running so that i can start manually adding more items and getting the popular stuff on there.

So im hoping over the next couple days i can get this all worked out and running well, ill keep things updated.

Ok so i had a idea to try some shopping engines just to get a feel on how they work, as well as if i could get anything out of them.

Started with Nextag on Monday morn, got alot of clicks and visits to the site. But i dont think i got any orders from it. i think i got the ROI setup correctly, but never know as there is no help for that kind of stuff for Amazon Webstores.

Monday night/Tues morn Shopping.com was activated and it is no Wednesday and its inactive already, i think it killed over about noon today.

Shopzilla just activated about 2 hours go today (Wednesday) so we will see how it goes tomorrow.

For all of these engines i used the monthly budget option and used their min deposit avail. Shopping.com used it up its amount first, nextag will die over night prob. And im guessing Shopzilla will prob die thurs night/fri morning.

Overall, for a site like mine Littleaton.com i think its not very useful and they are just a money hole that wont do any good until i get everything else figured out first. Like SEO, and that kind of stuff.

I know there is more to the shopping engine stuff then just activating and leaving it be, like the CPC stuff and fine tuning that. But until i get my site basics down, in my opinion shopping engines are a sink whole.

So ill be trying more ideas soon, as well as getting my SEO and keywords more solidly in place.

A lot of families want to have cordless phones. They may think that it will be easy to use and that they will enjoy them. This can be the case, but there are some good and bad things that you should be aware of with your phone.

The Good Stuff

There are some really good things about a cordless phone that you may or may not know about. The first is that it can be taken anywhere in the home. This is a great thing for those that are not able to stay in one room while they are on the phone for whatever reason. They can move around the home and find a quite place to talk.

Another good reason to have one is that they have some really nice features that can be used. These include, colors of the phones, one touch dialing, and redial options. Not all phones have these, but most cordless ones do.

The Bad Stuff

There are some bad things that you should know about these phones. The first is that you may notice the battery does not hold as long a charge as you may think it should. This can be a real pain in the butt.

The phones can also get lost in your home. Most of these phones have a page button on the base, but that doesn’t always find them. Keep this in mind when you are looking at phones. This way you find a cordless that has a base that will help you find a lost phone.

Cordless phones are really a nice thing to have if you can get over the bad things about them. Take your time and really look at the phones that you can get so that you know you are getting the one that will work the best for you and your family.

Living more environmentally friendly and going green are among the two popular ways to include in daily living. There are ads everywhere and conversations among all discussing ways to go green for a cleaner environment. We are a society that really likes our toys. So is it possible to go green and still have home electronics and other items we have come to rely on?

It is possible to have electronics and still protect the environment. When objects such as televisions and DVD players are not in use, they are still using electricity. It is not enough to simply turn them off; the items need to be unplugged when not in use. This concept applies to all items that run off of electricity. This is a simple way to not only conserve energy, but it will also make a large dent in the electric bill each month.

Changing all of the light bulbs around the home is another great resource for energy conservation. For outside lights switch to energy efficient bulbs or even better use solar lights. If the residence has a tendency to get overly hot or cold, causing excess use of heating system, try adding insulation to the attic area. This simple process will reduce the use of furnace or air conditioner.

The next for attempting to go green is by taking a good look at the food containers in cupboards and refrigerator. Items in plastic containers or metal cans will be thrown in landfills to sit for years. If you have space in the yard, create a small garden for growing vegetables or fruit. If there is no room for garden space, try a small container that will fit on a deck or patio to grow one or two different vegetables. Growing your own produce is not only great for the environment but taste better and is healthier than items bought in a market.

The topic of going green has different meanings for everyone. Some think is replacing a vehicle with an energy efficient model; others do the changes in the home. Simple changes do add up in savings for both the environment and the bank account.

There is not a need to dispose of or give away all of the home electronics as a means of saving the environment. These items are necessities to many of us. The idea is to keep the electronics and unplug or turn off when not in use.

Many of us rely on alarm clocks to see that we wake up on time each day and for most people that works just fine. But there are other people who don’t hear the alarm and end up in trouble at their workplace because they are late for work and meetings. For those who have trouble waking, there are some things you can try.

You’ll want to be sure your electric alarm has a battery back-up so that if power is lost during the night you won’t oversleep because the alarm didn’t go off.

Go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time each morning. It is tempting to sleep in on weekends, but your body will have an easier time waking up each morning if you do so at the same time every day. When you set your bedtime, make sure you plan enough hours to get plenty of sleep.

Sometimes a radio playing isn’t enough to wake you up. Maybe the music just blends in with the song that is playing. If that is a problem for you, get one that has a buzzer or ringer. There are a lot of fun clocks on the market that make about any kind of sound you can imagine. For example, you can find a clock shaped like a dog that will bark to wake you up!

People who sleep hard may turn off their alarm without being completely awake and when they do wake up, they don’t remember every hearing it go off. You can remedy this by putting the alarm away from the bed so that you have to cross the room to turn it off. When you do get up to turn it off, be sure to stay up.

Some people find that setting more than one alarm works for them. Be sure that they don’t make the same noise and set them a few minutes apart. The different noises going on at the same time should help you wake up.

Are bodies naturally find it easier to wake up when there is light. There are now clocks on the market that put out light and gradually become brighter. They also have sound effects in case the light doesn’t wake you up.

Getting up in the mornings is just not easy for some people, but you should be able to find one of the above tips will help get you out of bed in time to meet your obligations.

It has been proven that GPS units that we find in our car can help to reduce the risk of getting seriously injured or having your car stolen. They were introduced to the public years ago and have recently decreased in price. As you can probably guess, people all over the country have taken advantage and have installed these units in their cars. Take a look here to find out how you can profit from a unit.

Believe it or not, these units were first developed and installed in all major military vehicles. Now, this technology has become available for those who like to travel and need directions every so often. These units access satellites up in space that will retrieve information that tells you where to go.

The main appeal that these units hold is the fact that they will never steer you in the wrong direction. When you are looking to save as much time as possible, your unit will be able to give you the fastest route there! You will no longer have the need for maps to all different locations of the globe. The GPS unit will carry all of the information that you need.

If you do not travel a lot but you do like outdoor recreation such as camping, hiking, and snowboarding and skiing you can also enjoy a GPS unit. These units are usually designed to be a bit smaller so that you can slip the unit into your pocket. If you ever find yourself in a snag while in the mountains, these units will be able to send out signals to the coordinates of where you are.

When you are driving cross country or just around town it is always important to look out for yourself and your family. Being as safe as possible is what the all around goal is and GPS units help to act as a huge safety measure. These units can also help to track your car in the case that it is stolen.

When shopping around for new travel devices and extras make sure to look at GPS units. They house some of the best technology that is always up-to-date. Shop around online and see how much money that you can save!

Modern society has become increasingly mobile. Where and when things are done has changed. And mobile technology has made it all easier. So, too, has the soaring use of cellular telephone accessories.

A high percentage of these accessories serve useful purposes, not just fashionable ones. Phone chargers means phones last longer. Phone battery chargers make the buying more batteries obsolete. More work gets done and people are more efficient.

Another high percentage of phone complements encourage lawfulness and security. We used to have drive with one hand while holding the phone to talk in the other. This was dangerous and soon became illegal because drivers were paying more attention to their phone conversation than driving safely. Hands-free devices or kits have enhanced safety.

They have also improved lawfulness. As the old way of driving and communicating on wireless devices became unlawful, the technology of these accessories made people more law-abiding. Safe and legal is now the way to drive.

There is still yet another high percentage of people who buy phone accessories because they are convenient to use. Or they make life more convenient. Clips or holsters for transporting are common. Cases with any color imaginable or made from unique materials are popular. Many phone additions simply make a statement about one’s personality.

Talking on the phone while doing something else has been made easier by Bluetooth kits and headsets. Memory cards make easier being able to take everything along. Photos, journals, documents, even sensitive papers can be saved to your mobile device. And uploading from or downloading to the phone is a snap with connecting cables.

Most phones have a built-in antenna. But you still run across dead space every day. Certain parts of town, behind a hill or mountain, at an isolated beach, and more are all dead-spot hotspots. Eliminate them with a portable antenna. And if you want to take notes or a phone number, key them in more easily with a stylus.

As the demand increases for more mobile cell phones, so, too, does the need for accompanying phone accouterments. Now when people buy a phone, they have to consider the extras that will properly accessorize it.

There is a significant number of people who feel that mobile telephone accessories are a waste of money and resources. But accessories are not meant to only be useful. They are meant to make life more convenient, more fun, more efficient. And many people them because of this. And that is the purpose of accessories ‘ to make use of something in whatever way desired.

The past couple days i have been working on getting more links/Advertising and better SEO for the webstore. Ive started working on getting submitted to search engine directorys, and it seems thats a slow process can be weeks or even sometimes months to be aproved to be in those, so patients is the key.

Also started working on some other articles/reviews going on other sites that link back to the store, those are kinda slow as well as you have to write them, then wait to be approved, then wait for the search engines to spider the site and see that they link to you, which in the end, in “theory” raises your page ranks and gets you higher in the search engines for your keywords and content on your site.

So its just a big waiting game. So i guess we will see how things go.

My reg amazon marketplace is doing ok, slow at times but its picking up. almost getting a normal average of orders each day which is good.

But its alot of fun and i enjoy it!

OK so since i got these items all finished and fixed on my web store I decided to make a post about them. Ive had a bit of experiance with these as we recieved some of them for christmas for our little baby, a great friend of mine sent them to us.

They aren’t really has favorite toy because he has so many others, but he does like to play with them when he sees them in view. They are pretty soft, feel like that favorite fleece blanket we all love and enjoy.

Customer Reviews:

“The asthma friendly stuffed animals are SO soft. I gave this tiger to a friend’s little boy well over a year ago and he is still packing it around. He named it ‘Stripes’ and keeps it with him whenever he is scared and needs comfort or just to be his friend.

When I received it, I immediately ordered several more to give as gifts. They are a really nice size and so very soft. It is also comforting that they are asthma friendly as you never know if the child you are giving it to has an asthma or allergy problem.”"Cute, asthma friendly (great if your kids need that or not) and is holding up well.”

“My daughter loves stuffed animals but had to get rid of them when her allergies took over her life at age 3. She is extremely allergic to dust mites. We purchased a dog from Kids Preferred last year and she has always been able to sleep with him with no problems. We just care for him according to the directions (either freezing or washing). He still looks pretty good after much love. This little snow leopard is absolutely adorable and will join the little doggie in bed with her. She has carried it everywhere since she got it. I would highly recommend it!”

“My daughter loves this dog! She has taken it everywhere and it has held up great. I highly recommend this toy and this seller!”

“The astham friendly yellow lab is a great value. Soft and plush quality was excellent, and kids loved them!”

“My best friend has children who are asthmatic. They loved the asthma friendly toys and my friend did too. They had a yellow lab, so this was a great gift. They are holding up well. Not sure if they are educational or not, but they love the toy.”

I think i would like to get more of these, probably more of the animal ones as i think my little guy would love them, he loves dogs. If you are interested in any of these items take a look at My Webstore.

Customer Reviews:

“Windows 7 Home Premium is essentially a perfected Vista with a better interface. While it is a cliche’ to say so, Windows 7 is Vista as it should have been.

The main problem with Vista was that Microsoft re-wrote the device driver code, which apparently did need to be re-written. Unfortunately the result was that many devices simply would not install properly, or at all, on Vista. Many printers literally could not be used with Vista, for example. The result was a reluctance by many users to upgrade, since upgrading would render a lot of hardware unusable.

Microsoft learned from its mistake. Windows 7 is outrageously good at installing hardware. I recently purchased a Notebook computer with Windows 7 Home Premium, and all I had to do to install my hardware was to plug it in. Windows 7 immediately commenced installing the necessary device drivers and where necessary it downloaded the drivers from the necessary website. All of my peripherals were in place within minutes of firing up the new Windows 7 notebook computer. Plug and play, a long-sought goal, is at last truly a reality to a high degree of confidence. Mostly (or entirely) gone are the old days of fighting with driver install procedures for hours at a time. Windows XP was the first Windows version that attempted (mostly successfully) to be truly plug and play, but in my experience Windows 7 simply does it better. Of course the hardware is better nowadays too.

Almost all users will want to install the 64 bit version. This provides full support for the capabilities of the newer CPUs, and allows much greater utilization of DRAM when 64 bit software makes its appearance. One caveat: Home Premium Edition does not support XP emulation mode. However, I have not found one single program of mine that required it–not one. Maybe some games or very old legacy software. But for the vast majority of users all of the software that ran under XP will run in Windows 7 64 bit. 64 bit software will make a huge difference for programs that must manipulate large amounts of data, such as digital photography software. Since most PCs are now shipping with 64 bit Windows installed, developers no longer have an excuse not to upgrade their software to 64 bit.

In my opinion the main shortcoming of Home Premium Edition versus Professional version is the lack of support for domain names. I need the Professional version for my work PCs because I need them to be part of the business network at my office. Users without this requirement will likely be quite happy with the Home Premium Edition.

The main cosmetic and interface improvement of Windows 7 over both Vista and XP is the Aero-style taskbar. It is excellent. It allows the user to “pin” application icons to the taskbar. The applications may then be launched from there, and if running, they can be monitored by hovering the cursor over the icon on the taskbar. This capability rapidly becomes second nature to the user and for users who run many applications at once it really is a useful feature of the operating system.

Microsoft plainly knew that it was betting the company on Windows 7, and the result is an operating system that is more than ready for prime time. There is no reason for virtually all users not to upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7. Highly recommended. RJB. ”

So from all that i still think I personally will wait till they have the first Service pack out, but it is still a stable, strong Operating system and worth getting if you dont have it already.

Customer Reviews:

“Have been using it for last 4-5 months. Joined school which means lot of reading and laptop work, so I purchased albeit the price tag was high. So, far I found it decent. Bluish light, two brightness setting, reasonably stable on the table. This light is good for reading and laptop. But if you want light spread across a larger table, this is not the right one.”

“I purchased this lamp for my laundry room area (instead of replacing the ceiling fixture)to get a better view of my clothes to treat the stains. Nice bright light where I need it. I had purchased a similar light from Lowe’s and my son said, “You should not look directly at that light bulb–it can burn out your retina!” I returned the light to Lowe’s and sent for the Verilux with what one reviewer called a “cheapy thing”; the diffuser that keeps my retina safe. It is a solid lamp–does not tip over and looks good.”

So it looks like from what people have said, its a pretty bright lamp, and would work well for many uses.

So Ive finally gotten tired of updating my quality’s 2wice a day manually, and started looking for a solution.

Using Odesk.com we think we found someone that can get it working the way i want it.

I’m pretty excited, as once its all setup it will pull our stock from our shipper and automatically update amazon with the qty, and prices.

Once thats working i think im going to do the same with buy.com, its such a hassle to have to keep things updated and when you cant get a update done, it can cause problems as if found out that selling out of stock items is not fun.

So that should get done this week, and will be great!

Product Description

Drum Rocker delivers the most realistic drumming experience available to any gamer, regardless of platform. That’s because it was built by the engineers at Alesis, one of the largest manufacturers of professional electronic drums in the world. As a result, you get a kit that’s designed to take a real beating, with all the positioning flexibility that professional drummers demand. While other drum controllers lock you down to a pre-molded plastic array of pads, Drum Rocker’s professional aluminum drum rack lets you position your snare, tom and cymbal pads wherever you want. When you’re ready to move from playing Rock Band to playing in a rock band, you can swap the game controller module with one of the professional drum brains made by Alesis, and you’re ready to hit the road for real! Drum Rocker’s velocity-sensitive drum pads feature a playing surface that is much quieter than other drum controllers. They also feel great – the stick rebound off of the pad is much more natural and consistent than anything else available. The pad housing is made of high-impact plastic, designed to be whacked on stage night after night. No matter how much you punish them, the Drum Rocker drum pads can take it. Complete the experience with up to three cymbals. There’s nothing like finishing a monster fill by whacking a crash cymbal. Or crossing over to play your hi-hat with your right hand while you keep the backbeat on the snare with your left. Or keeping time on a ride cymbal during the chorus. Drum Rocker lets you do all that and more, with cymbals that can be placed anywhere around the kit. Drum Rocker comes with two cymbals and mounting hardware out of the box, and a third cymbal is available as an optional accessory. You get to decide how you want to use the two cymbals that come with the kit – set them up as a hi-hat/crash, crash/ride or hi-hat/ride combination, then add the third cymbal to round out the kit.

Customer Feedback:

“I’ve read a lot of reviews on this bad boy the past year and finally decided to purchase it. The drums operate perfectly and if you are a casual gamer there will be no problem with the pedal. To me, it works just fine and I press down pretty hard on it (I’m a stomper).”

“You can pretty much adjust it however you’d like. The only downside to adjusting it is, you’re not given *too* much flexibility if you’re planning on using it with Rock Band, so my kit is arranged similarly to the default Rock Band drum kit.
Very sensitive drum pads. If you miss a note, you’ll know it was because of personal error, not because of a faulty drum pad.
Nice kick pedal. I know a lot of people have problems with this, but if you’re used to using the default Rock Band kick pedal, this is a significant improvement. First and foremost, the pedal and its base are constructed entirely of metal, so there are no worries whatsoever about it breaking or snapping in half. Don’t be fooled into buying the Rock Band 2 drum kit because of the metal-reinforced kick pedal, as only the pedal itself is reinforced, which has led to problems with the plastic base snapping in half. In addition, it’s also now much easier to successfully hit faster bass drum sections than it ever was on the stock Rock Band Kit.
The pads are much, much quieter than the regular Rock Band drum kit. It’s nice to actually be able to hear the music over all the drum beating for a change.”

Overall if i had a Xbox and enjoyed those types of games im sure this is a great item for any age. Feel free to check it out on my store.

Product Reviews

“Very satisfied with this frame considering its price. Nice clear pictures. It is also capable of playing your music during slideshow.”

“I bought 2, one for a present, one for myself. It looks great, works well, and the remote control is handy.”

Item Desc:

The first high fidelity pillow speaker! Great for auditory scanners, this lightweight pillow speaker provides a discreet and comfortable alternative to headphones. Included cloth cover is machine washable. Uses standard 2.5mm headphone jack.

Since the start of my Amazon Store, this has been my top seller so far.

Misc Feedback from Buyers:

“We live in a small appartment and like different TV shows and this speaker is high quality and the sound is great. I’m ordering a second one to replace a different kind that stopped working.”

“I’ve owned several pillow speakers over the years, they always seem to have a limited life span as the cord tends to break down and eventually the speaker stops working. This speaker is of excellent construction, and most importantly its small, and very thin. You wont even feel this under your pillow as you will other pillow speakers.”
